Our 140,000 square foot fabrication and machining facility is complete with overhead cranes and lifts to handle even the largest jobs. Medium to Large Fabrications and Weldments We have the capacity to successfully produce the big jobs, such as large housings, turbine bases, base plates, pressure vessel frames, and machinery bases for power generation and chemical processing. These fabrications can weigh in excess of 100,000 pounds and measure more than 50 feet in length. Welding disciplines include mig, tig, fluxcore, and stick. Not only of steel, but aluminum, stainless, and impact materials.
Large Fabricated Weldments
| | Light Fabrications and Weldments  | Typically the lightweight fabrications that we make are part of a larger complex assembly. Therefore we incorporate in process inspections to assure that critical points are maintained throughout fabrication. We know what it takes to provide our customer a part that will work.
