Custom Engineering Company is seeking interested candidates to fill entry level manufacturing positions.
Job Description:
-Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment.
-Build shipping skids and crates as needed
-Operate forklift as necessary to move parts/jobs around the plant
-Operate cranes as necessary to move parts/jobs around the plant
-Assist with chipping machines as necessary
-Assist with keeping the plant in a clean working condition
-General deliveries and pick up using a company owned pickup truck
Job Requirements:
-The ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
-Knowledge and understanding of standard shop safety practices
-Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
-Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
-Forklift training/experience is a plus
-Crane training/experience is a plus
