With a huge selection of equipment and capabilities, our 200,000 square-foot workshop can produce components of any specification. Our specialized flooring system allows accurate fit-up of large, heavy steel plate parts and provides a square, level work surface to hold close tolerances.

Pressure Vessels: Quality, Capacity, and Safety

- Quality: We ensure strict adherence to ASME Code and thoroughly test all materials and welds. Such stringent practices yield high-quality products and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Size: Our pressure vessels can be made in any size, aligning with ASME Section VII Division 1. Our products are universally rated for commercial or industrial use.
- Certifications: Every pressure vessel is fitted with a nameplate stamped with a National Board Number, ASME “U” Stamp, design pressures and temperatures, date of manufacture, and a serial number. A copy of the Manufacturer’s Data Report, signed by an authorized inspector, is furnished with each pressure vessel we produce.

Skids and Baseplates
We produce heavy-duty carbon or stainless steel skids and base plates capable of anchoring or maneuvering a range of large-scale products. Custom’s workshop is outfitted with a specialized fit-up floor system and can accommodate projects of any size, ranging from 1,000 – 160,000 lbs.

Heated platens can be fabricated in any size or shape. In addition to platen manufacture, we refurbish and repair existing industrial and hydraulic equipment.
